We started back in 2011 when our partners Bold Tendencies welcomed us into their amazing disused car park space to perform Stravinsky's monumental Rite of Spring.

We had such a great time (as did our audience!) that we've been going back ever since - performing every year as part of the Bold Tendencies summer season.

We also tour the whole Orchestra around schools to play in school halls and playgrounds. And hundreds of school students come and perform with us as choirs and instrumentalists.

We've been teaming up with other brilliant people like the Aldeburgh Festival in Suffolk and Spitalfields Music in East London. And in 2016 we not only won a Royal Philharmonic Society Award but we also had our BBC Proms debut performance!
