Verified is about the search for authenticity and acceptance amidst the growing pressures of social media and living in a digital age.

The Multi-Story Orchestra’s Young Creatives and composer Kate Whitley join forces to create this vibrant, new and large-scale work for choir and orchestra.

Featuring three original songs, Verified blends orchestral instrumentation with contemporary styles such as R&B, reggaeton and rap under the musical leadership of songwriters Abimaro Gunnell, Frances Lobo and trombonist Yusuf Narcin.

The Multi-Story Orchestra will perform the piece alongside internationally acclaimed soloists from The Borletti Buitoni Trust - Ruby Hughes, Hyeyoon Park and Simone Rubino, as well as soprano Francesca Chiejina.

Verified was commissioned by The Borletti-Buitoni Trust and is performed in celebration of The Trust’s 20th anniversary in 2023.
